Power Semiconductor Electrothermal Mission Profile Simulation Test Platform [Master]

  • Led the development of a domestic electrothermal multi-stress test platform for power electronics devices, enabling real-time emulation and online detection of electrical and thermal characteristics under multi-scale stress conditions.
  • Utilized Plexim PLECS to develop full-condition simulation models, achieving 98% accuracy through multi-physics coupling verification of power devices.
  • Designed full-module circuits (power supply/sampling/driving/protection) and multi-layer PCBs with Altium Designer.
  • Developed DSP+FPGA controller (TI CCS + Xilinx ISE) to implement protection, interrupt, PWM, and control function modules.
  • Proposed an active thermal control strategy for motor stall (locked-rotor) conditions, reducing electrothermal stress concentration through dynamic adjustment of switching frequency and heat dissipation power.
