Responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, Implementing plans to improve customer satisfaction, assisting with guests’ queries, Resolving complaints effectively, and sharing tips with the team to enhance customer service.
Responsible for handling the arrival and departure of guests, Acting as a communication hub between guests and team members, Informing guests about updates of services, and providing reports to manager on the activities.
Responsible for reviewing arrival lists to welcome guests, Attending to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries, and Helping prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions), and Providing information about amenities, area and venues and promote services.
Responsible for Anticipating guest needs and build rapport with customers, Offering assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages), Addressing customer complaints and escalating to manager when needed, Recording information in the logbook daily, and Ensuring compliance with health and quality standards.
