TESTING, QA SECTION:
- Knowledge Software Development Lifecycle experience, including agile, Java and IntelliJ IDE and waterfall methods.
- Aware with the ISTQB CTFLv4 different Certificates.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of web applications.
- Creating Test Data, Regression Testing, Report and track all Defects, Determining the severity of Defects, make sure all Defects are fixed.
- Perform manual testing to validate software functionality and performance.
- Knowledgeable in OOP, data structures, databases, and algorithms and Postman, JIRA, Trello and Google sheet
- Knowledge of Automation tool like selenium WebDriver and TDD tools like TestNG, BDD tools like Cucumber and Gherkin
IT SECTION:
- Configuring and optimizing Wi-Fi networks and access points.
- Upgrades network hardware and software components as required.
- Using tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, or PRTG to monitor network performance.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Documenting, archiving all correspondence, troubleshooting, and following up on suppliers' visits and maintenance.
- Responds to the needs and questions of users concerning their access to network resources.
