Project Name: King Salman Park (KSP).

Project Budget = 1.5 billion SAR.

Scope of Works: Construction of infrastructure Utilites which includes the Earth works, Road and landscape, Electrical works" MV, LV, ELV and Street lightings", Irrigation Networks, Potable Networks, Sanitary Networks, Storm Networks and District Cooling System

Responsibilities: -

• Review and coordination of all engineering design submittals from contractors, as well as following up site supervision, design conflicts and variation orders for the client.
• Review technical submissions and design layouts as well as material submittals from contractors.
• Lead, by example, the team of multi-disciplinary Section Chiefs and engineers by delegating work according to specialism, project priorities, technical challenges and contractual milestones.
• Plan and maintain project budgets and schedule planning activities with team and managers.
• Attend progress and technical meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals.
• Take part in project and risk management reviews.
• Coordinate between the construction and contractors’ engineering teams ensuring that all requirements are conveyed clearly and delivered upon.

• Supervision of Infrastructure projects Ministry of Housing Projects ( Jeddah - Qunfidah -Madinah )
• Monitored execution of contract work for compliance with design plans and specifications. Execute Roads , Drainage network ( RC Culvert , Pipe , Open channels ) , Retaining walls. Liaised with civil technicians to prepare and update maps, drawings and blueprints using manual and computer-assisted methods.
• Managed conceptual design projects while providing task management and technical contributions to multidisciplinary teams. Review Shop drawings, submittals, variation order, revised BOQ and required reports

Infrastructure Project (Ministry of Housing)

• Managed construction contracts for capital projects to outline objectives, stakeholder responsibilities and modification procedures.
• Liaised with civil technicians to prepare and update maps, drawings and blueprints using manual and computer-assisted methods.
• Provided technical and professional engineering support services in design, construction and traffic engineering.
• Monitored execution of contract work for compliance with design plans and specifications.
• Estimated quantities and material costs during project planning to support budgeting and costing.

Substation construction (Ministry of Electricity)

• Coordinates between civil, mechanical and electrical works.
• Making purchase orders for materials used in substation. Review drawings in comply with other works as per master plan and complete design for project.
• Making submittals.

Supervision on construction in site periodically to ensure quality Infrastructure Projects (Ministry of Housing)

• Making shop drawings, Profiles, Variation orders and submittals.
• Coordinates between suppliers and sub-contractors.

Supervision on construction periodically Sewage Water Networks (National Water Company)

• Execute more than 100 km of pipe network (branches and main lines), about 5 km pressure line, 3 lift pump stations, underground holding Tanks.
