1-Ensure the design coordination between architecture, structure, and MEP drawings in terms of clashes, MEP devices locations with architecture finishes, and RCP coordination. 2-Checking BIM model and generate a clash report to subcontractors and follow up to solve the clashes. 3-Prepare shop drawing for Blockwork, screed, demise caps, flooring, FOH & BOH toilets, ceiling finishes, and wall cladding with the engineering team and monitor subcontractors submittals. 4-Monitor and Follow up with subcontractors for Material submittal, Method of the statement, shop drawings submittals, reporting the management with Subcontractor Progress in engineering/construction part, and make sure meeting the agreed milestones. 5-Check the Architecture drawings with NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) requirements and local authorities. 6-Issue Architecture and MEP tenant lease plans (LOD) and compare NLA (Net Lease areas) based on RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and as-built conditions. 7-Attend progress meetings with client and consultant teams to present engineering and construction progress, pending issues, and discuss any potential variations or discrepancies within IFC drawings. 8-Report the discrepancies within drawings and coordinate with the commercial team to raise variations.
