Mainly responsible for explaining customers' billing and transactions while providing optional changes suggestions for customers who need it.

Within that period and for business needs, I used to mnitor and report changes in my team's performance of customer satisfaction, commitment and adherence etc.

AT&T was the most challenging experience because of the harsh environment of work, the huge amount of work load, the absence of avail time and the various queries of customers.

This experience enhanced my sense of time and adherence. Instated the mentality of being prepared to sort customers problems regardless of the nature of the incident.

The most joyful experience so far where I learned to balance between fulfilling customers needs and generating more revenue for the company and myself.

This rollercoaster of emotions of a job taught me to stay calm and focused on every single call and to always think for the long term goals.
