Responsible for: Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as Shipping lines & Trucking prices. Custom Clearance.
Analyzing data collected and recording results of our SAP system.
Analyze & validate the cost records and calculation of unit costs.
Perform detailed cost analysis.
Contact shipping lines and Truckers to discuss and modify the prices required to get the best prices with the agreement. Review all vendor balances accounts to Review prices with quotations.
Issuing payment orders with amounts due after reviewing all transactions.
Prepare monthly actual costs for all shipment’s operations created.
Assist with any reporting requirements internally.
