After purchase, all necessary bills are documented, and quotations are duly legalized from suppliers As well as the report of price analysis certified by the administration The material is entered right into the warehouse and the input process is documented with a regular link. After collecting all the documents, it is archived electronically. And save the paper copy in a private file and send the electronic copy to the direct manager
