Spectrum Management: Develop plans for spectrum utilization and licensing according to KSA regulations and STC NW requirements. Review frequency standards and outcomes from ITU and 3GPP, as well as devices ecosystem on different frequency bands. Analysis and Prepare strategic studies of future NW spectrum requirements according to the STC development roadmap. Also, analysis and provides support to create/update Develop plans for spectrum utilization and licensing according to CITC regulations and STC NW requirements (yearly) and support for all frequency issues. Moreover, Ensure compliance and application of CITC and international regulations (ITU). System Administration: Develop system scripts (+250 scripts) and workaround solutions to manage the daily work smoothly. Ensure that the FMS is always up to date. Demonstrate the FMS functions to new colleagues, other business units, and trainees. Projects Management: Establish CAPEX/OPEX requirements related to Spectrum Planning. Identify the technical and non-technical risks and issues for the project as well as provide solutions and recommendations — outstanding experience and practice with vendor management. Initiatives: Create initiatives to improve company work such as task documentation and knowledge share, uniqueness check for MW links, and interference check for MW links.

ITSM Environment: Created the first Event Management process in Zain Sudan-IT (VAS) using in house development/vendor tools. VAS Services: Able to design, implement, and manage services such as USSD, SMS, MMS, RBT, Mobile Ads, MCN, CMB & VMS. Operational Support: 24/7 system support ensuring maximum availability for all services. Customer Experience: Improved customer experience/satisfaction with SLA monitoring of trouble tickets raised by customers. Knowledge Share: improved the knowledge across the team in order to make one engineer handle all VAS task. Multi-Vender Management: Abled to work with different vendors (i.e. Huawei, Ericsson, Jinny, TangoTelecom) and managed the SLA.

Operation Level: Responsible for escalation of network critical alarms and problems as well as troubleshooting hardware/software problems. In addition, creation/modification of the charging matrix as well as managed Vouchers tasks. Customer Experience: Managed coordination with Customer Care and back-office departments to resolve subscribers’ issues. Team Work: play a major role with other business units to achieve the marketing section goals & maintain a stable network from the Planning & Operation point of view.

Technical Support: Provided Technical Support for all Telecom/Electronics Engineering Students, Teachers & whole Staff of the University. Supervision: managed all Telecom/Electronics Labs’ engineers and supervised students in their final year projects. Teaching: worked as a teaching assistant in Telecom & Electronics Faculties.

Operations Duties: Monitored/Managed the licensed Spectrum that used by Operators, enterprises, Government institutes, & others. Besides, controlling any illegal use of spectrum. ITU Environment: Worked in spectrum management filed following ITU standards under ITU spectrum management expert. Participate in the ITU-SMS4DC workshop.
