Ajanaw Kebede Alem

My name is Ajanaw Kebede Alem. I have six years of research and teaching experience, specializing in various aspects of urban land administration. My expertise includes delivering comprehensive courses on urban land administration, real estate development and management, urban and regional planning, urbanization, property valuation, and sustainable development.

In addition to teaching, I have actively contributed to academic and professional communities through research and community service projects. I possess three years of experience in data collection and two years in supervising data collection processes. My roles have also extended to curriculum development, student mentorship, academic advising, and organizing seminars and workshops to enhance the learning experience and professional development of students.

Moreover, I have collaborated with various stakeholders in urban planning and development initiatives, providing consultancy and advisory services to ensure effective implementation of sustainable urban projects.
