My name is Ajanaw Kebede Alem. I have six years of research and teaching experience, specializing in various aspects of urban land administration. My expertise includes delivering comprehensive courses on urban land administration, real estate development and management, urban and regional planning, urbanization, property valuation, and sustainable development.
