During my internship in the Recruitment Department at King Abdulaziz University Hospital, I gained extensive experience with key government HR platforms, including Social Insurance, Qiwa, Muqeem, and the Mudad payroll system. I also acquired skills in drafting job descriptions, preparing employment contracts, and conducting interviews. In addition, I was trained in the mechanisms of employee evaluations and promotions, as well as understanding various salary scales, calculating allowances, and managing temporary contract registrations and renewals. This experience has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of HR operations and government HR processes.

Gained hands-on experience in Local Content and Supply Chain operations by supporting procurement activities, reviewing local supplier compliance, and analyzing data to ensure alignment with national regulations. Contributed to the preparation of Local Content reports, processed POs and RPs, and developed presentations using Excel and PowerPoint to support decision-making and regulatory reporting
