I am responsible for managing a large, diverse portfolio of sectional title schemes. I work closely with the owners, trustees, and service providers to ensure effective management and financial growth of the portfolio.

Responsibilities:

1. Budget Preparation and Financial Forecasting:

Lead the budget preparation process for the entire sectional title portfolio.

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the portfolio’s financial performance.

2. Client Communication:

Communicate effectively with property owners, trustees, and service providers. Handle correspondence, minutes, and resolutions related to the properties in the portfolio.

3. Management: Ensure compliance with the Sectional Titles Act and other relevant regulations.

4. Property Maintenance and Repairs:

Obtain quotes from contractors for maintenance and repairs. Ensure that large capital items are attended to as per the Maintenance, Repair and Replacement Plan.

5. Client Meetings:

Attend scheduled general meetings. Attend Trustee Meetings to address any concerns or issues.

6. Financial Reporting: Monitor cash flow, expenses, and income.
