· Monitor the daily movement of the spare parts to give the feedback for the stock controller about reorder process.

· Monitor the serial locating of the spare parts inside the main stores.

· Manage and create Location for each Part number related to the Computerized system.

· Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation

· Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities

· Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly

· Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration

· Recruiting, training, retaining employees.

· Managing company job applications, seeking out new talent, screening applicants, interviewing candidates and hiring new employees.

· Administrative Duties

· Sell specific products and services to consumers.

· Demonstrate products and show consumers how to maximize their features.

· Explain different customizable features.
