In my role as the Head of Growth, I was responsible for entering new markets, revenue growth, and marketing activities such as lead generation and events:

  • Successfully entered the first new segment outside of the core market.
  • Launched a new product through which customers could book accommodation for their trips.
  • Restructured acquisitions channels and cut off all activities that didn’t provide a positive ROI.
  • Doubled the margin, and monthly booked tickets, increased the customer base by 50%.
  • Created the blueprint for the department and all the operational processes to grow the team to 5 members.

In my role as the Head of Growth, I was responsible for discovering new avenues of growth as well as the

overall marketing of the company.

  • Created the growth team, set up the analytics environment, and started running experiments focusing
  • on activation and acquisition.
  • Worked together with the management team on the successful acquisition of Fangage by the U.S.
  • company Triller and exited the company after the purchase was complete.

Dashmote

Chief Marketing Officer & Founding Member

In my role as CMO I was responsible for the growth of the company, implementation of the marketing strategy and supporting the sales activities.

  • Established a 50% YoY revenue growth through relentless focus on data-driven experimentation.
  • Implemented an inbound marketing strategy that focused on ABM and relied heavily on marketing automation and sales and marketing funnel integration.
  • Developed the branding and positioned the company in the crowded analytics and A.I. market using storytelling and targeted content.
  • Leveraged our network of partners to launch several international PR campaigns aimed at creating awareness and social proof.
  • Worked closely with the product team to continuously review the product offering through customer and competitive research ensuring we develop the most valuable product features for our customers.
  • Recruited and coached the marketing team, by focusing on implementing OKRs which would provide high levels of accountability.

The Talent Institute

Trainer Data Scraping

As an alternative education programme aimed to create talent for scale-ups, The Talent Institute created a Growth Hacking traineeship. I have trained 5 generations of future Growth Hackers on how to use data in their growth hacking experiments and how they can easily extract this information without the need of any coding skills.

Fintech Fusion

Growth Marketing Start-up Mentor

Fintech Fusion is one of the first fintech accelerators in Switzerland, aimed at equipping international start-ups with the best knowledge and connections to accelerate their growth.

As part of the accelerator I hosted a session on Growth Marketing and Lean analytics, eventually mentoring some of the start-ups on their go-to-market and digital strategies.

Fusion Partners Scale-up Acceleration programme

Fusion is Switzerland’s first fintech accelerator, based out of Geneva. Fusion capitalises on Switzerland’s position as a global hub for financial services as well as its world-beating reputation for innovation to drive the fintech agenda. The accelerator later expanded to include more tech companies in order to bolster innovation. Participated in the accelerator program representing the Dashmote team.
