RAYADAH HOUSING COMPLEX PROJECT RHCP (MEGA PROJECT 74 BUILDINGS) full responsibility on group of buildings construction civil works included (skeleton, underground water tanks and asphalts work), high-level of finishing works (interior, exterior and facade finishing works), mechanical works and handing over works (TOC and snagging).

• Working near to construction manager and Project manager.
• Full responsibility to manage the buildings up to hand over to client with planning of time, cost and resources control to keep plan on baseline of project.
• Materials ordering and following up to the approval.
• Control teams included engineers, supervisor, Forman, subcontractors and give them tasks, target for each stage and make sure they are doing only the requirements of scope.
  -Find solutions for design issues if not matching with site conditions.
• Solving the comments and problems which is related to consultants for design, implementation site works and materials issues.
• Coordination between site, technical office and QC office.
• Mechanical works: Responsible for water supply network and pumps connection to the buildings for all project and make sure the system is working in proper way with testing the system.
• Handing over works: TOC stage and snagging works for buildings

Construction of clean rooms main utility and technical support building of NANO technology national center King Abdelaziz city for science and technology (KACST).

• As a Site Engineer responsibility construction civil works, finishing and QS works.

School Building -as a Site Engineer Supervising and monitoring the site construction work to ensure that all site plan procedures are completed in the right way and Doing a weekly report that related to the finished stages.
