Bryce S. Wood

Hello, my name is Bryce Wood. I have always been interested in the information technology field. Most of my childhood and teen years were spent in my bedroom taking apart tech that I had and learning how to it worked and how to put it back together. I have a visual impairment that prevents me from driving at the moment, this makes transportation in my local area difficult, therefore I am looking for a work from home opportunity. I am a student in the IT field and am really enjoying and retaining the information. In the past I have worked mainly in grocery stores, this means I have worked very closely with customers to help them have the best experiences that I could personally provide. My most notable position was a Store Manager at the company GNC. I started out as a Store Coach and was tasked with making sure that each customer that came in to our location was satisfied with our service. Whilst working here I learned how to manage customers that where aggravated, effectively resolving uncomfortable situations and producing the best outcome I could.
