· Design and prepare parts, assemblies and generals drawings using CAD software’s and bill of quantities;

· Monitoring of machine parts and manufacturing process;

· Follow up on projects (materials, preparation, production, labour and schedule);

· Create plans of manufacture and installation of mechanical and structural assemblies;

· Ensure on time delivery of work (metal Structure);

· Creation of plans of maintenance and drawing of broken parts in order to repair or create new part.

· Carry out the current maintenance of refrigeration equipment, cold storages and ice factory;

· Operate and maintain current ice plant emergency generator set and all ice plant equipment;

· Supervision of the ice factory during the ice production process;

· Make a corrective maintenance of the parts of machines that broke during the process of manufacturing the ice or the cold;

· Do the plan of preventive maintenance, in order to increase the lifetime of the machines.
