• Covering all adult intensive care unit as in-patient.
• Main responder in the Rapid Response Team (RRT) that covering all adult medical, surgical, and obstetrics / gynecology patients who needs an immediate attention and intervention.
• Receiving post operative patients who needs a close and continuous observation.
• Admitting and managing trauma patients, since it is one of the major trauma center in the region.
• Gained confidence in early recognition of Sepsis , and to start management of Sepsis/Septic shock following the Surviving Sepsis Campaign Guidelines.
• Performing and supervising Renal Replacement Therapy process for admitted patients.
• Assessting in many percutaneous tracheostomy and performed Diagnostic Flexible Bronchoscopy under supervision.
• Performing rounds to all admitted patients in the critical care with ICU Consultant and Primary Physicians.
• Conducting post trans-out round in ward to any patient who got discharge from ICU for the following 48 hours.

• Assessment of the patient‘s condition & to follow up required medical tests and investigations before surgery
• Management of Airway with choosing the appropriate Device (ETT , LMA or Facemask) for the required Surgery
• Performing Induction of General , Regional & Local Anesthesia with minimal rate of failure or complications
• Applying Spinal & Epidural Anesthesia Blindly with low rate of failure or complications
• Closely monitoring the vital signs & the General Condition of the patient during the Surgery with the appropriate Medical intervention delivered once needed.
• Assure that smooth recovery of the Anesthesia with regaining the spontaneous breathing of the patient before shifting him to Recovery room
• Frequent reassessment of the patient general condition during his stay in the Recovery room & the proper medical intervention once needed
• Issuing the PCA & PCEA plan for the patients for Pain Management post operatively
• Being An Essential member of Rapid Response Team (RRT) covering Code Blues & Emergencies in all the areas within the Facility including out-patient , Emergency Room & all the in-patient departments

• Conducting rounds to all Medical admitted patients with their Primary Physicians .
• Following up the Lab test result & interpreting it with the proper intervention once needed .
• Admitting & Clerking the new patient coming through Emergency Department or Out-patient Clinics .
• Following up Post-Intensive Care Patients (Level 2).
• Issuing the Initial Assessment & care plan for each new admitted patient & conveying these cases to their Primary Physician & follow up for any further Management
• Attending any Medical Consultations in all In-patient Admitted cases.
• Responding for Any Emergency calls for any Admitted Medical In-patient .
• Providing Updated Medical Reports on daily Basis for Insurance Approval or upon request
• Mentoring Newly employed Medical Residents or Senior House Officers.
• Making Sure All Files of the Medical Admitted in-patient are meeting the Quality standards .
• Conducting the Discharge Plan with the Patient & Family education of the follow up plan & Discharge Medications being delivered properly

• As a Registrar Anaesthesia 2nd Oncall ICU.

• Review the Arrest Trolleys around Tallaght University Hospital & to compare each trolley to a Quality checklist
• Run An Online Survey to assess the knowledge of the staff regarding the Emergency situations which an Arrest trolley is needed.
