This project focuses on analyzing traffic flow behavior at ramp merge sections of expressways by examining various geometric merge sections. It studies the impact of ramp flow on vehicle speed and Expressway capacity. The analysis includes calculating volume-to-capacity (V/C) ratios to determine different Levels of Service (LOS) under Indian mixed traffic condition. The study aims to enhance traffic efficiency and safety at merge points, contributing to improved expressway performance and reduced congestion in Indian traffic scenarios.

Conducted a safety audit of a T-intersection in Warangal by examining road geometry, signboards, road markings, street lighting, road furniture, and user behavior. Identified safety issues and provided recommendations to improve traffic flow, enhance road user safety, and reduce conflicts.

Demonstrated Viswalk software by modeling a bus stand to analyze and understand pedestrian traffic behavior, flow patterns, and crowd movement for improved facility design and safety.

This project applies the four-step travel demand model—trip generation, trip distribution, mode choice, and trip assignment—to Hyderabad city. It aims to analyze travel time and traffic parameters, helping to understand travel patterns and optimize transportation planning for efficient traffic management and reduced congestion.

Estimated road accident costs by analyzing both direct expenses (medical, vehicle damage) and indirect impacts (loss of productivity, emotional distress) to understand the overall economic burden of accidents.

Analyzed water quality of Arpa River in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh by testing pH, hardness, acidity, and other parameters to assess its suitability for drinking and agricultural use.

Evaluated stability and flow values of bituminous mixes with varying plastic content using the Marshall Stability Test to assess the suitability of waste plastic in flexible pavement construction.
