I often say that a good leader needs to know what he is delegating to his members. Understand that you need to be an example before demanding and criticizing failures. Because a person's development will mirror their good training. Showing that a team can be essential to raising great barriers, understanding how to work as a team so that everyone wins and that none of this is a dispute. United teams will always have more results than just 1 person. So the ability to manage this mentality defines your level of leadership. Where I evaluate very well all the real capacity for such work. And I really like being at the forefront of innovations, working on new, revolutionary things. I don't have academic training but I can prove that I am much more capable than many others and this perseverance to win and gain my self-knowledge is what motivates me intensely. And I transmit this to all the people around me, motivating them to seek the best in themselves!
