• Having Degree of BSc Engineering (Mechanical).
• Having 10 Years' Experience in construction field (Mega Construction Projects - Egypt & Saudi Arabia).
• Having wide Experience in MEP construction projects (High rise building (Towers), Hotels, Beach Compound, Governmental buildings, Piping Systems and Infrastructure Projects.
• Having Experience in MEP work as installation & inspection all MEP work like (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Infrastructure, Swimming pools, Irrigation) systems.
• Having Experience in MEP work as QA / QC MEP work.
• Having Experience in technical MEP work as prepare and approval (HVAC, firefighting, plumbing) calculation, shop drawing & material submittals.
• Having Experience in MEP Tender work as preparing (break down for BOQ, tender queries for missing information, selling prices, project budgetary and reports.
• Having Experience in Cost control work as business practitioner.
• Having 5 Certifications (including design, Management and etc.).
• Familiar with International Codes (NFPA, ASHRAE, IPC, ASMEA, ASTM, ANSI, DIN, etc.)
• Ability to achieve interface coordination with Civil, structure, Arch. & Electrical disciplines.
• Maintains accuracy on repetitive tasks, good organization and time management skills.
• Ability to plan for necessary action plans and supervision progress.
