Supervise,support and manage Electrical team to perform the following tasks:

-Supervise the execution of all Electrical Systems including small power and lighting, Earthing and Lightning protection, low current and security systems such as IP structure cabling, IP data and telephone, fiber optic networks, fire alarm, CCTV, Access door control system, public address, building management system (BMS), physical security systems, MV and LV power distribution system including RMUs, power transformers, switch-gears, Generators ,ATS, panel boards,MCCs, cables. Cable trays and duct banks.

-Perform the required inspections, testing, commissioning and handing over for Executed Electrical site works.

-Review and approve all project’s technical and material submittals such as; RFIs, BOQ’s, shop drawings, as-built drawings, calculation sheets, QS, Quantity take-off, variation orders,invoices…etc. for all electrical works

-represent the company in all progress and technical meetings with contractors and client and reporting work progress.

-Co-ordination and liaison with other discipline member of the project management team throughout the duration of the project.

-Responsible for final handing over for projects clearing all snag lists

Senior Electrical Engineer

*Responsabilities:

*Responsible for the procurement of MEP materials and systems for all company projects:

-Developing a strategic plan for the procurement of all company projects MEP materials and system by coordination with project management team and Finance department according to projects time schedules/requirements and cash flow.

-Study the materials purchase request received from Project sites and Departments.

-Contact the suppliers and specialist companies to collect the technical and commercial Offers.

-Study the technical and commercial offers by coordination with project management and technical department.

-Prepare the technical and price comparisons, start the negotiations and place the Contract.

-Follow up the contract process until delivery completion to site and close payment.

*Responsible for finalizing the submission and approval of Electrical materials and systems and review of shop drawings from specialists and suppliers and do the necessary enhancement before submission to consultant for review and approval:

-Contact the suppliers to get the technical and commercial offers according to each project specification and technical requirement for all Electrical materials and Systems such as lighting fixtures, wiring devices, Earthing and Lightning protection system, low current and security systems such as IP structure cabling, fiber optic cables , fire alarm, CCTV, Access door control system, public address, building management system (BMS),Elevators, physical security systems, MV and LV power distribution system including Ring main units (RMUs), power transformers, switch-gears, Generators ,ATS, panel boards, MCCs, cables, Cable trays...etc

-Study the technical offers for all materials and systems according to project specifications and technical requirements for each project.

-Prepare the technical and price Comparisons and reporting to management.

-Review the technical submittals, shop drawings from supplier before submission to consultant for approval.

-Provide the technical support to all sites by coordination with suppliers to complete the delivery and to provide the required execution advice.

Courts Project (construction of 21 courts buildings/Ministry of Justice)-based in Riyadh-KSA

-Selecting responsible engineers, site and area mangers, follow up to insure fulfill their responsibilities to meet project plan.

-Scope management, time management, quality Management cost management, HR management, Communication management, Risk management, Procurement management, stakeholders’ management and integration management.

-preparing the periodical reports to senior management for project status and the required logistic financial, cash flow and logistic supports.

-Representing the company in progress meeting with client and consultant.

-Follow up with client for project invoices to get paid.

GAMI Project (construction of housing extension of general authority of military industries)-Al-kharj-KSA

-Coordinate with client and consultant during inspection, testing, commissioning and till handing over,

GEMTEC project (Construction of GE manufacturing Technology Center)-DAMMAM-KSA

*Responsibilities:

*Work in Head office from project bidding stage till getting the project in Hand:

-Study the project tender drawings, documents, specification, tender BOQ and prepare the final BOQ including the missing items.

-Contact the suppliers and collect the technical and commercial offers for Pricing the final BOQ.

-Prepare the Shop drawings for electrical systems.

-Study the Technical offers and prepare the materials submittals.

*Work in Site from the start of Execution till handing over the project:

-Supervise and monitoring for the site engineers, manpower, tools and materials availability to Insure non stoppable work.

-Prepare the required shop drawings at site.

-Prepare the QS, Quantity take-off and the variation orders for the work out of contract.

-Coordinate with Procurement to insure the required materials will be delivered on time and prepare the QS and materials requests.

-Monitoring work according to project time schedule and insure co-ordination with other disciplines during work execution.

-Prepare the periodical reports for site progress to construction management.

-Prepare maintenance plan for all company equipment such as motors, compressors, Generators...etc

-Coordinate with subcontractors and specialists to implement the maintenance schedule as per their contract and plan.

-Prepare tender documents (BOQ, SPECs, Drawings, etc.) for new construction work.
