• Created dHack /builder collective (builderco.org). use the Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) platform to run decentralized decision-making hackathons.
• Went from an idea to a full useable product that ran Ethereum's largest hackathon at ETHDenver 2020 with over 3,000 participants.
• Owned project, product, and marketing in collaboration with external clients to design the product and create a brand and marketing story.
• Worked to define, specify, and PM'd the most used feature in the product today.

Common is the home for virtual communities, a combination slack like chat organization and reddit like public groups.

• After year of side project of community creation and organization in Beijing, China and wide success, decided to see if it is possible to be made into a stand-alone product.
• We made a few iterations, product specifications, and MVPs, and pitched a few VC's. raised a seed round of $100,000.
• Launched a product at the university of Texas at Austin. While we managed to get some traction it was not enough for further investment.

• Spearheaded ironSource’s China office account management team. Training new hires and developing new work processes, resulting in a quadrupling of the office size within a year and a half.
• Managed strategic advertisers and Publishers and was responsible tripling office revenue.
• Defined and marketed a video product that made over $300k/month within four months of the launch.
• Led projects to open satellite offices in both South Korea and Japan. This included hiring, training, and office support. When I left both offices were successful doing over 1MM/month.
• Defined fraudulent traffic characteristics and new ways to detect fraud. Co-defined the process and mechanisms to combat fraud through creative analytics.
