Support the identification of beneficiaries and suitable sites/location, design and implementation of Child protection program activities. Support the CP M&R Assistants in ensuring that the schedules of activities are comprehensive and take into account gender and age sensitivities. Ensure that weekly schedules cover a range of activities, and that CFS teams (facilitators and supervisors) are working from 8 to 4 pm. Coordination with other SC Departments and other stakeholders to avoid overlapping of activities, and ensure harmonisation of schedules, especially with Education. Identify capacity-building needs for the team, and monitor their work on the ground. Conduct trainings on CFS management, CFS activities, PSS activities, positive discipline, life skills, child and youth resilience, and other topics, to SCI staff and other relevant stakeholders (with the support and guidance of the Senior CP Specialist). Regularly support the delivery of the Child and Youth Resilience sessions, and participate in regular monitoring and follow up sessions with the Senior CP Specialist, to ensure that the programme is implemented up to standards. Regular support the delivery of life skills sessions. Regular monitoring visits to CFSs to ensure that the quality of implementation is up to SCI and international standards, based on quality checklists and quality benchmarks. With the support of the Programme team, support integration and mainstreaming efforts. Support AC on preparing for kick-off meetings, BVA meetings. Daily update the activity tracker, and ensure weekly submission to MEAL team. Prepare weekly/monthly activity reports as required. Prepare procurement requests for setting up CFSs and supplies. Coordinate with support service departments to ensure required support for CFSs are provided.

Supervising CFS (activities and programs). Monitoring and directing all facilitators. Identify improvement requirements. Preparing and performing awareness campaigns and resilience sessions. Daily basis communication with local community and NGO supervisors and colleagues and local authority to facilitate programs activities and operations. Contribute to develop and implement project work plans, weekly plans and schedules, and setting clear targets. Permanent communication with parents and caregivers during meetings and positive parenting sessions to develop their skills to deal with their children, understanding their needs and challenges and responding to them. Technical Supporting to the team and capacities building through trainings, provide guidance, individual consultings and oversight to raise their skills and capacities. Ensure that registration and attendance data is collected accurately, and inputted in the database on a regular basis (weekly). Facilitate, collect and report information regarding the overall situation of the conflict-affected children and their families in the community, with specific attention paid to the programme targeted children and programme objectives. Informing the direct supervisor about any challenges, difficulties and concerns in the implementation of activities or issues in the social context. Field supervising, monitoring visits and contributing in all activities in the CFS, psychosocial support, child and youth-adolescents life skills, child and Youth clubs, meeting with children. Coordinate and work with other SC sectors, such as education, CM and Nutrition in project. Ensure adherence to the principles of child protection and child safeguarding at all times, and all SC policies (code of conduct, health and safety). Preparing PR, RP and financial documents for the project.

Teaching courses of life skills such as team working, innovative thinking and communication skills. Breeding children aged 3 and 4 years for 4 months in Save the Children kindergarten. Preparing curriculum for life skills. Conducting support sessions on life skills, decision making, problem solving and communication skills.
