How to treat spices by Gama Irradiation and Low Energy Electron Beam instead of using heat By injecting the spices with a type of bacteria called (Enterococcus faecium) and treating them once with heat and once with irradiation, it was found that irradiation does not change any of the components of the spices, and the treatment is faster and more effective.
