Main responsibilities

Control the ordering of El Marakpy Steel Central Work Shop all required Raw Material and tools for all production processes using SAP ERP System for MRP

issue the required PR after review the MRP system and the Avilable Stock items and the on order items Qty using SAP MRP four different views (MRP1,2,3,4)

follow up the material reciving process with the purchasing department to close the recived PR on system from MRP side

as the MRP SAP controller review material master Edit,creat new items Coods deside its material requirement plann minimum stock Level , Special items , fixed consumption rates

Main responsibilities

• Review all buildings PIS. and Design and Calculate all project material according to design
• Control the ordering of Zamil Steel all required Material and paint systems for the next three months for all production processes
• Issued purchasing requests for special materials and paints , follow up material reciving status and issue special material for production
• Review of all predictive projects design for the next few months before Clear it to production
• Advice about scrap ratio and raw material availability
• Advice about, manufacturing capability and our machining limitations,
• Responsible for training new crew of engineers and students and special visitors guidance across the facility

Working as a production engineer and shift leader for a team consists of 50 workers, 20 operators,3 leadman at the preparation area at Zamil Steel Egypt factory

Main responsibilities

• Managing the whole production process at the preparation area including three main areas automatic BUS area, accessories area, and manual BUS area
• Making sure that the production schedule is going as it’s supposed to be
• Calculating the required material for every project and how to minimize scrap ratio
• Segregate project into small groups of similar items according to design and push them together into the production stream to speed up the process
• Manage operations and relationships between the preparation area and other factory's areas to eliminate any production delay and to eliminate any waiting time between different production areas

Worked as installation engineer leading a team consists of four operators and one foreman

main responsibilities

• Our main scope was to manage machines during change orders and take care of the machine and its robots during changing order process including the below
• Changing the machine mold and replace it with the new mold according to the required change order, changing mold core and cavity in the multi-product mold according to the required product size
• Testing the mold cooling and heating systems before insulted the mold to the machine
• Changing robots arms and install the new one which is compatible with the new mold,
• Changing the machine program and create a new, adjust it to achieve the best product with the less possible weight during the start-up process,
• Adjust the robot program to be at the best contact position with the mold during ejecting the product and adjust the best waiting safe position for the robot during the machine cycle to eliminate any accident between robots and machine,
• Finally giving the machine back to production workers after making sure that the machine at stable mode and after taking the quality approval of the product
