NTech is one of the top 10 analytics companies in the Russian Federation, specializing in market research and sales analytics. As a Project manager, I launched BI projects for key FMCG clients: Unilever, Valio, Miratorg, Agrokomplex, etc.
Impact:
- Introduced a new data transfer approach that helped clients receive sales data 1-2 days earlier than their competitors, increased accuracy, and optimized the process of eliminating data errors, reducing it by 2-3 times. 100% of the clients were successfully transferred to the new optimized model.
- Optimized the requirements elicitation and description process by 2 times due to the development of a comprehensive technical task template.
- Contributed to increased number of signed contracts and maintaining a high professional reputation for the company by analyzing pre-sale communications and working out a procedure manual for sales managers.

Impact:
1.Optimized planning and updating projects throughout the company by organizing training for project teams, introducing a reward system, and assigning responsibility, which helped free up to 20% of the PM working time, increased the accuracy of planning, and reduced the number of missed deadlines.
