NTech is one of the top 10 analytics companies in the Russian Federation, specializing in market research and sales analytics. As a Project manager, I launched BI projects for key FMCG clients: Unilever, Valio, Miratorg, Agrokomplex, etc.

Impact:

1. Introduced a new data transfer approach that helped clients receive sales data 1-2 days earlier than their competitors, increased accuracy, and optimized the process of eliminating data errors, reducing it by 2-3 times. 100% of the clients were successfully transferred to the new optimized model.
2. Optimized the requirements elicitation and description process by 2 times due to the development of a comprehensive technical task template.
3. Contributed to increased number of signed contracts and maintaining a high professional reputation for the company by analyzing pre-sale communications and working out a procedure manual for sales managers.

Responsibilities: maintained client communications, collected requirements and translated them to IT and data engineers; planned and updated projects, decomposed and assigned tasks, monitored deadlines; interfaced with stakeholders, managed risks, ensured clear and transparent processes; prepared project documentation, including briefs, specifications, reports, etc.

Sminex is a Russian investment and development company, No. 1 in the segment of luxury housing and commercial real estate in Moscow. As a Project manager, I participated in 7 land development projects, 2 of which were granted European Property Awards.

Impact:

1.Optimized planning and updating projects throughout the company by organizing training for project teams, introducing a reward system, and assigning responsibility, which helped free up to 20% of the PM working time, increased the accuracy of planning, and reduced the number of missed deadlines.

3.Implemented 3 technical standards to apply on the company's projects.

Responsibilities: interfaced with stakeholders, coordinated team interaction and the effective exchange of information; planned and updated projects, assigned tasks, monitored deadlines and quality of works, monitored compliance with business process and kept track of changes; participated in product development workshops and brainstorming sessions, to work out solutions and help the company stay ahead of competitors.

Responsibilities: supported the Vice President with schedules and appointments, managed business correspondence and corporate documentation, carried out research, prepared reports and presentations, monitored the execution of tasks by subordinates, organized and coordinated foreign and domestic events, ensured efficient contractor management, logistics, financial reporting.
