简介

I am from China and I am currently studying at the Faculty of Life Sciences at Hokkaido University. I will graduate with a Ph.D. in March next year. During my master's and doctoral studies, I mainly conducted scientific research in the fields of structural biology and biochemistry. One of the papers I wrote based on my research results has been accepted by eLife and is waiting for publication. I am also writing a second paper. I hope to find a postdoctoral or biology-related job after graduation.

  • Protein expression and purification

    I have proficient experience in constructing protein bacterial vector expression and purification systems. I have successfully expressed a variety of proteins and conducted hundreds of rounds of prote

  • Protein structural research

    I have proficient experience in x-ray protein structure analysis, including crystallization, x-ray diffraction data sampling, protein structure construction and optimization.

    Although it is not the main method I use, I also have experience in cryo-EM and NMR structure analysis, and I understand and can complete basic applications.
