Providing one-on-one or small group support to students, offering guidance in understanding subject matter and reinforcing learning concepts, collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to support student progress and address individual learning needs.

I participated in simulated business environment in year 1 of my degree, to which challenges and problems could happen in real life context. Qualitative and quantitative methods were used to make decisions, such as determining prices. Research were presented to evaluate company's performance in order to deliver best transformative future strategy.

This degree enabled me to have basic knowledges about management in the first year including behaviour at work, accounting, strategic management and marketing. I chose to specialise in consulting and retailing in the following years and looking forward to helping retail and achieve success and consistent with their brand values.

This ongoing course engage me with contemporary theories in education and examine the way to apply them in practice. I have chosen to study education because I have previously worked in the field and I can also connect knowledge learnt from management degree to education sector regarding to neoliberal concept that sees education institutions as businesses, providing customers with their needs.
