  1. According to the item request forms to create items and make bom changes in Orchestration layer (Previous we use Lotus Note)
  2. Pull out the MABF report from Power BI in Veritas. Check item information such as FERT,ZREP,GTIN etc. in SAP
  3. Check the trade specifications and printed materials status in Veritas
  4. Monitor items in OL and contact different project teams such as pack R&D, factory innovation, product R&D etc. to complete their steps. Also help them to escalate the issue during the process and submit IT ticket thru Service Now.
  5. Attend regular meetings with American clients. (The main products are chocolate, ice cream, candy and organic food)
  6. Create new packaging, update product data such as bom components, shelf life and so on in Prism
