我是公司法人，公司主营汽车以及汽车配件。我负责所有工作环节。

Maintain communication with customs clearance agents to promptly obtain the arrival time of goods and arrange logistics transportation to the warehouse. Accurately count the inbound cargo and register it in the warehouse management system. Timely send the shipping documents to the warehouse staff to expedite order preparation, and prepare the necessary documents such as shipping invoices, waybills, and CMR in advance. After outbound shipments, mark the goods as dispatched in the management system accordingly. Ensure the integrity and safety of the goods during shipping.

To ensure accurate inventory, conduct regular stock checks and reconciliations. Collaborate with the finance team for monthly bill reviews.
