Worked as a senior civil engineer responsible for site execution.

• Oversaw the construction works of a 28-story mixed used Hotel and office tower in the Avenues al-Khobar with a 3000 square meter footprint.
• Responsible for construction works and consultant-contractor coordination for the high- rise tower in a fast-track megaproject at avenues al-Khobar.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality. standards and project timelines Monitoring and management of project activities and timelines.
• Monitors project timeline.
• Assist and support the team and solve any obstacles that ma) delay the work progress.
• Follow up the progress of the work at site to meet deadlines.
• Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development.
• Prepare proposal documents and presentations.
• Monitor projects progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Direct engineering activities, assign tasks and provide training and support.
• Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all site activities.
• Responsible for precast slab and ramps and dealing with suppliers (I.P.C COMPANY- BAHRAIN COMPANY -BENAA COMPANY)

• Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
• Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
• Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
• Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.

Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors. Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents. Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies. Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required. Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.

The Avenues – Khobar extends across a gross leasable area of 175,000 square meters, the project will encompass 8 districts, namely The Plaza, Grand Avenue, Town Square, The Souk, Electra, The Mall, Urban Walk, and The Gardens, in addition to exciting entertainment spaces and 10 cinemas, as well as two towers, the first tower will include the Canopy Hotel and the other will include offices and parking spaces that can accommodate more than 6,000 vehicles.

The Avenues – Khobar will feature a modern and unique design that reflects the nature of the Eastern Province, including two towers, the first of which is the Four Seasons and the second tower Hilton Canopy. The development will include the best standards for preserving the environment and energy and includes the elements of sustainability in alignment with the Kingdom’s vision.

The Avenues - Khobar is scheduled to open by Q4 of 2027.
