I worked in customer service to serve customers in the event of difficulties or problems for three years, also with products including online service such like orders in case there would be returning and refunds. I take over the place of the manager in case he is absent. Some of the problems that customers face when buying a product with a factory defect in this case entails issuing and explaining the problem to the main service centre in the absence of a solution in the branch companies and also explaining the warranty system for electronic devices.
