• Setting up Odoo modules like Sales, Purchase, CRM, Inventory, and Accounting.
• Understanding business needs and matching them with Odoo features.
• Helping with testing and fixing issues in the system.
• Supporting users through training and answering their questions.
• Gaining hands-on experience in using Odoo for real business cases.

• ERP Overview Oracle Essentials.
• Procure to Pay P2P Overview.
• Oracle Fusion Procurement Module: we discussed and covered topics related to procurement as PR, BPA, CPA, Po, Negotiation, procurement contracts, supplier qualification, and supplier portal. etc.)

• Answer questions about account types and banking products, such as CDs, money market accounts, loans and credit cards.
• Assisting customers with account inquiries and transactions.
• Explaining the types of loans available (personal, auto, mortgage, etc.
• Offering information about different types of credit cards and their benefits.
