Under MT program as Personal Care Category innovation planner, led long-term capacity planning for the personal care category, ensuring production capabilities met market demand for new product launches. Collaborated closely with R&D, marketing, finance, quality, and manufacturing teams to drive timely project executions. Successfully managed the full brand relaunch of Lux and the formula update for Dove, ensuring all relaunch projects were delivered OTIF .
January 2021 - January 2022
Under MT program as PC factory Project Engineer, managed digital transformation, automation, and cost-improvements projects in the factory. Led the end-to-end implementation and optimization of the Agile line automation upgrade project. Led new production line validation, installation, commissioning, operator training, and SOP development. Collaborated with planning and R&D teams on the Making area digitalization project, ensuring effective communication and timeline management
January 2022 - January 2023
Under MT program as Customer Service Specialist, analyzed customer service data to identify service level optimization opportunities and collaborated with relevant teams to implement actions. Additionally, managed customer service for Yunnan province, coordinating with sales, planning, and customers to oversee daily order management and timely replenishment of unmet demands.
January 2023 - September 2024
Led OMO detergents/powder/soap innovations. Collaborated closely with cross-functions to drive timely project execution. Ensure seamless NPI into factory. Oversaw Supply Chain Cost optimization projects for the Home Care BU, ensuring on-time execution, identifying challenges, and coordinating cross-functional solutions.
Collaborated with the Home Care factory to develop and review long-term capacity planning and led nationwide sourcing study.
September 2024 - Now
Scope extend to all OMO brand innovations. Lead team for On-Time-In-Full delivery of innovations, and responsible for OMO brand Growth Margin. Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and Manufacturing teams to develop annual cost optimization strategies and lead annual saving workshops.
