I managed over 120 stores (franchised and direct - operated) across Guangzhou, western Guangdong, and Hainan Province. I planned quarterly operations, optimized strategies using data - driven reviews, organized data daily, and addressed store inquiries.

For Meituan and Ele.me platforms, I coordinated operations. I created quarterly plans considering market trends, business needs, and brand strategies, overseeing platform setup, budget, operations, and key quota acquisition.

In project management, I planned and executed new and existing customer projects, along with brand - related initiatives. I developed SOPs to ensure successful project implementation and positive outcomes.

Regarding data analysis, I established a comprehensive monitoring system. By analyzing data, I pinpointed key issues, enhancing operational efficiency. Project Overview：Oversaw planning and execution of 6W subsidy program. Dug into store quota issues via data review, devised strategies to boost platform performance.

Project Achievements：

• Motivated 13 stores to join 6W subsidy activity, securing over HK$43,417 in platform full - reduction subsidies, enhancing activity appeal.
• On Ele.me, total GMV grew by HK$173,666, with HK$13,025 per - store increase. Through full - reduction (50% - 80% subsidy), red envelopes and delivery - fee subsidies, order value and volume rose, driving sales up.
• Total orders increased by 5,869 (451 per store). Delivery - fee subsidies expanded coverage, attracting new and repeat customers.

Project Responsibilities：

• Led monthly review of store core quota data, using analysis tools to find issues and inform strategies.
• Crafted activity plans, including full - reduction rules, red - envelope and delivery - fee subsidy schemes. Optimized plans in 3 internal discussions.
• Coordinated with Meituan and Ele.me, getting 30% rise in subsidy proportion. Organized 3 store training sessions, achieving over 90% execution rate.
