• I worked as one of the Customer Service Representatives. Assisted customers with their compliants and inquiries in a timely and effective manner and provided solutions that is/are aligned with the outlined processes.

• Worked as a Customer Service Representative for a year before becoming part of the Quality Assurance Specialists team. I have demostrated great customer service with the customers and stayed focused in providing service with quality.
• As a QA, I helped the managers maintain their quality scores as a team and helped them worked to increase their KPI's for their agents. I have provided team performance reports and provided best practices to maintain the quality of their work which will lead to increasing their KPI's scores and customer's satisfaction.

• I am one of the admin planners for a pharmaceutical company who's working in reviewing the program requests by the representative and making sure that it is compliant. With my attention to detail, and doing multi-tasking while maintaining the quality of work leads me to helping my team to work on the programs in an effective and timely manner.
