Responsible for ensuring the secure and stable operation of middleware CICS in the mainframe ZOS production system. Conduct system performance analysis, optimization, and troubleshooting. Handle daily operations and troubleshooting of CICS. Install, debug, and maintain primary application software. Perform daily monitoring, system operations, and provide comprehensive IT support to ensure system stability. Monitor, analyze, and handle events and issues, change releases, and switch rehearsals. Analyze daily production operation data of CICS transaction systems to proactively identify system vulnerabilities, optimize system performance, and prevent potential issues.

Proficient in operating large-scale Mainframe systems. Skilled in developing using COBOL and JCL languages. Familiar with development using VSAM, QSAM datasets, IMS, DB2 databases, and CICS. Responsibilities include development, testing, and maintenance of critical modules. Handling technical issues during system acceptance and post-deployment. Version control and code reviews for quality assurance. Clear and concise documentation and summarization of work.

Responsible for daily operations, maintenance, and backup of the large-scale mainframe system ZOS, and resolving various issues encountered during system development and operation. Responsible for operations, maintenance, and backup of the AS400 midrange system. Manage project as a shift dispatcher to ensure its smooth operation.

Contributed to the development of a SMS notification system designed to send important alerts to users. Utilized Django framework and Celery task queue for backend task processing, interfaced with internal APIs of the Hong Kong Airport to send SMS notifications. Addressed the need for improved notification efficiency and real-time updates.
