I joined Aptech Learning as a Teaching Associate, where I played a key role in both teaching and development. Alongside a colleague, I helped develop Alpha1, a comprehensive software solution for Aptech’s business model.

In addition to development, I conducted faculty trainings in JavaScript, PHP, ASP.NET, and MySQL, ensuring instructors were well-equipped to deliver high-quality lessons.

I also contributed to several major initiatives:

• TechWiz (2022 & 2023): Led the JavaScript training for this global competition, involving participants from 15+ countries, where our team secured 1st place globally by the grace of God.
• Aptech Developer Cup (April 2023): Managed the execution of this internal competition, overseeing its planning and execution, which provided a platform for students to showcase their development skills.
• Aptech Annual Job Fair (October 2023): Worked as a Technical Advisor in the Placement Department, managing the technical aspects of the event, including organizing and delivering job-oriented training sessions to prepare students for the job market.

Through these experiences, I gained a well-rounded skill set, encompassing both technical development and leadership in training and event management.

As a Developer: Initially, I worked as a Developer, focusing on designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems using technologies like ASP.NET Core, Laravel, SQL Server, and AJAX. I was responsible for translating client requirements into functional code, solving technical challenges, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

As a Project Manager: Promoted to Project Manager, I now oversee the entire project lifecycle, from gathering client requirements to setting deadlines and ensuring successful delivery. I manage and coordinate development teams, facilitate communication with clients and stakeholders, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope. My role involves creating meeting minutes, tracking progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring that development is aligned with business goals. I continue to leverage my technical background to drive project success and maintain high standards of quality.

Developed an all-in-one solution for managing Aptech's business operations. The software streamlined walk-in management for the marketing team, facilitated student counseling and admissions, managed payment schedules and batch assignments, and automated end-of-month report generation. It enabled faculty to mark attendance, review time slots, and access lab status, while faculty coordinators could generate attendance reports and monitor lab usage. Alpha 1 enhanced operational efficiency across departments, ensuring seamless integration of marketing, admissions, and faculty management processes.

Used Python and Dataframes to migrate initial data from excel sheets to MySQL.

Designed and implemented a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system tailored to streamline Lead Management and Follow-Up Management for the sales team. The CRM allowed sales staff to efficiently track and manage leads through various stages, including assignment, active engagement, and evaluation as potential or non-potential customers. It also featured comprehensive reporting to track monetary contributions from leads and calculate total business generated. The Follow-Up Management module ensured timely interactions and updates, enabling the team to maintain strong customer relationships and improve conversion rates.

Developed and managed a comprehensive software solution for Alkhair's 2024 Hajj operations, covering all aspects of Hajj management. The system, built using ASP.NET Core 6, SQL Server, and AJAX, streamlined complex workflows and ensured the smooth execution of operations. Key achievements include designing the Qurbani Module, which automated the allocation of Hajis to Qurbani batches, tracked Rami completion, and provided real-time email notifications for completed Qurbani, eliminating manual errors. Successfully tackled the challenge of live development and sensitive data management, delivering a reliable system that operated seamlessly during the 2024 Hajj season.

Currently enhancing an existing Hajj Management System for Travel Mate Group by integrating a detailed accounting subsystem, improving UI/UX for a more user-friendly experience, and increasing automation for seamless record management. Key upgrades include implementing Quartz for background job scheduling, developing an automated system for reminder notifications, and streamlining the generation of various reports and emails. These enhancements aim to provide users with an intuitive and efficient tool for managing Hajj operations.

Designed and implemented a robust system for managing cluster member accounts for Munazzim. The system enabled users to manage balances and view detailed ledgers for Munazzim, OPAP, and E-Wallet accounts. Enhanced with cron jobs, the system automated weekly emails to all members, providing closing balances and PDF-ledgers for each account. These features streamlined account management and improved financial transparency for cluster members.

Serving as the Project Manager for the development of a comprehensive Insurance Policy Management System. Responsibilities include gathering client requirements, setting project timelines, and overseeing development progress. Actively engaging clients by providing regular updates and showcasing results, while ensuring all stakeholders remain informed and aligned through detailed meeting minutes and ongoing communication. This role emphasizes effective coordination, timely delivery, and maintaining transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
