HR professional with almost 6 years of experience, the first 3 years were focused on IT recruitment, participating in job fairs at universities, developing recruitment processes from the beginning, reviewing CVs, interviewing, sending candidates to various clients, filling out their presentation sheets, KPI's, etc. The last 3 years were focused more in HR functions but always doing it recruitment, I've in consultancy companies but also in 3 final clients, 1 in the document management area, an insurance company and today I'm in a fintech. In those final clients I did it international recruitment, speaking english daily and besides recruitment, I've been doing internships process's, career management, execution of contracts, management of employee training, scheduling employees medicine appointments, etc. In terms of the IT professionals that I've been recruiting, I've been working on development profiles (.NET, Java, PHP, C/C++, Golang developers, frontend developers, etc.), system/network administrators, devOps, Scrum Masters, Product Owners/Managers, Team Leaders, Business Analyst's, UI/UX, Compliance Analyst's, etc.
