Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the customers to ensure good communication and team work.

• Manage the sourcing and delivery/implementation of products to the customer

• Assist in requirement gathering phase of projects as well as documentation of required processes.

• Provide after-sales/after implementation support

• Create customer interest in the organization’s IT products and services and keep customers informed of new product developments and IT innovation opportunities

• Participate in evaluation, and client education activities. Provide training to user on related subject

• Work with IT experts (analysts, designers, programmers and educators) for knowledge transfer.

• Perform continuous updates and own knowledge of products

• Continuously maintain and update skill level on current and new products

• Very good knowledge of tools to manipulate data and format of the data

• Talk with other team members (consultants, analysts and programmers) to check functionality back to systems specifications and develop solutions as problems or issues arise

• Identify risks in projects and communicate with project managers and customers

• Ensure update Site Sheet is available for Clients.

• Identify potential cross and sale opportunities

• Be the contact point for client-specific complaints, issues and requirements and to escalate risks to Management.
