Maintenance planner Responsibilities:

• Daily, weekly and monthly maintenance planning of manufacturing equipment;

• Annual shutdown preparations;

• Purchasing of spare parts for maintenance and control of stocks;

• Creation of Task lists, Maintenance plans and Counters for manufacturing equipment and vehicles;

• Implementation of Material Requirements Planning (MRP);

• Creation of Technical objects (Functional locations, equipment and BOM);

• Creation of the reports;

• Preparation of the maintenance budget.

Achievements:

• Successfully Implemented SAP PM module on the company’s plants;

• Developed useful manuals for end users;

• Trained more than 30 end user in the company;

• Partially studied SAP MM, WM,CO modules;

• Successfully prepared annual shutdown projects and improved KPI of maintenance department.
