Acquired skills and competencies: audit, products classification, automatic classification, code writing for AI classification program, databases, reports and excel file analysis, research for projects.

My activity consists in taking over the clients' requests and solving them, such as calculating the installments, credit info, issuing cards, etc. I register complaints from clients and of course I correspond with agencies.

I contributed to conducting market research on various topics by applying telephone surveys to selected persons from the databases of customers (companies) for which market research was conducted.

The position of sales agent within Eurocall involved calling Enel customers by phone and convincing them to purchase another Enel product or service. The signing of contracts for the purchased services or products was done both directly at the company's headquarters and online by sending the documentation by e-mail and receiving the signed documents through the same online platform.

I worked as a volunteer assistant at the Orthopedic Surgery Department of the Bacău County Hospital. I offered moral support, encouragement, I listened to the patients and took over from the lighter activities of the nurses.
