Calculation of payroll in accordance with Russian legislation. Preparation of payroll, tax, and contribution reports. Communication with tax authorities, social fund, and statistical agencies. Management and organization of complete personnel document flow. Development and verification of personnel policies for companies. Control of payroll calculation accuracy, personnel documentation, and processing of client requests. Handling multiple clients simultaneously in terms of Payroll & HR compliance services. Participation in projects auditing payroll calculation, personnel documents, and local regulatory acts of companies. Conducting business correspondence in Russian and English. Work in 1C: Payroll and HR.

Consultation and support of customers regarding the bank's products/services. Providing complete and up-to-date information about the bank's products/services, as well as providing reference information about the bank. Transferring calls to specialized specialists when necessary. Receiving customer inquiries. Handling objections and gratitude. Generating requests for the issuance/reissue of bank payment cards.

Formation of a package of questionnaires-applications with payroll bank cards for issuance in organizations.
