Medical Insurance Coordinator and External Care

· Lead the team of the External Care and Staff Liaison Section in the event of approval of an operation, termination of all procedures, post-health insurance, submission and evaluation of an after-service questionnaire, dissemination and clarification of medical insurance requirements for company employees, and submission of medical insurance reports To verify and visit them to limit frequent hospital visits, resulting in lower consumption of health insurance cards and lower company costs
· Created spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel for daily, weekly and monthly reporting. Managed quality assurance program, including on-site evaluations, internal audits and customer surveys.
