1. Responsible for demand analysis of advertising sales business, business diagnosis and model strategy design, data collection, collation, modeling, analysis, etc.

2. Focus on evaluating and predicting the operation of the front-line team through data mining and data analysis, etc., to generate business insights, and to propose business optimization decision-making basis.

3. It is necessary to build a clear data analysis system, be familiar with the calculation logic of various indicators, and establish a good communication relationship with relevant teams to cooperate to complete the docking of various data requirements.

4. To understand the business, build a business team management indicator system, monitor and analyze the data of various business and operational indicators, and explore the changing trend of business and operation, changes in the driving factors of indicators, etc.;

5. Understand the business nature behind the data, mine data insights in different business scenarios, discover potential defects and opportunities, and provide data support for business decisions;

• This system is designed to detect hidden information in text files (TXT, PDF, HTML, DOC).

• Responsible for two DLL modules. One is to check whether HTML files contain hidden information or not; the other one is to check the PDF files. Incorporate the modules into the system of this project. Debug the program and make the testing samples for testing the reliability and stability of the system. (C# and C)

• The purpose is to collect webpages from a target website and check if the webpages containing hidden information or not. Developed a multi-threading crawler with both JAVA & C# versions.

• Co-work with teams (20+) to help them build KPI, SLA, Operational and Billing/Finance reports in Tableau.

• Ingest data directly (SQL) or indirectly (API, webpage crawling, plain text/Excel/JSON) from various DBs/Systems/Platforms (Various databases in different environments, Splunk, Catchpoint, JIRA, Denodo, Catchpoint, Nagios, ServiceNow, Opsgenie etc. and many other internal platforms); Standardize the data and build the metrics for reporting.

• Help teams to understand the data and identify the issues quickly either through the data itself or visualizing the data.
