First I started as a teller

as a teller I was responsible for serving customers by completing account transactions ,maintaining cash drawer allocation, inform clients about bank’s offers , accept deposits ,process cash withdrawals, cashing check.

Then i went to the operations department

as an operations specialist i oversee and manage day to day bank operations with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless work flow and customer satisfaction.

Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain compliance and reduce risk.
