Responsible for project management in the implementation of DCIM software and applications that support the Digital Infrastructure. It's worth highlighting a project for which I was responsible:
Integrated Management Platform: A project in which an Integrated Management System was developed and implemented for the Maintenance services of the company (Continued Services), which currently represents the largest segment of the company and has international scope. With this System, a higher level of Governance and quality monitoring of the provided services was achieved. Each request is handled and recorded in the platform, from the beginning to the end of the service process, and later analyzed through graphical management reports. This project involved the implementation of OpenSource software such as GLPI and Zabbix, for ticket management and network and infrastructure asset monitoring. Additionally, it includes the development of web applications (Vue.js JavaScript) and mobile applications (Android Development) for facilitating the interface between clients and technicians.
DCIM Technology Services: Training of new professionals and project leadership, working with teams that operate with a significant degree of autonomy and independence. These activities included creating training materials, defining processes, ensuring quality, and following up on activities with the teams.
