In these this job, I studied the TESOL online course (teach English now) on coursera with Dr. Shane Dixon from Arizona state university. Then I trained, according to the TESOL online course, to teach English as a second language in a conversation club project for one month. Throughout the training, i learned how to write a full lesson plan that includes everything the teacher is going to do inside the classroom precisely. In addition, i managed to learn, as a teacher, how to run the class on my own after i attained the presentation and communication skills training. The training period included a lot of Demos in all different levels e.g. beginners, pre-intermediate, intermediate, upper-intermediate and advanced. Afterwards I taught a full English conversation course called Speak Up for more than one month.

In this job, I worked as a receptionist member and I gained a full experience in the field of hotel reception, also I learnt how to receive calls from residents and learnt how to tackle their problems. Also I gained more experience about hotel reservations wither face to face or by emails and phone calls. Moreover, I knew how to recept the guest how to offer offers to them and how to do what they want on high performance.
