• As a managed Service team member at Deem cloud, which is a private cloud of Saudi Arabia Government organizations, provide the needed support for customer which have running apps hosted in Deem Cloud in Linux environments.
• provide the needed support with the migration of Deem in Linux-based environments while migrating the customers from their on-prem data center to Deem cloud based on Saudi Arabia orders and 2030 Vision.
• this support includes and is not limited to infrastructure and application assessment.
• Build, configure, and automate servers using configuration management tools, or Veem backup and restore jobs, based on entity and the design of its applications which is defined in assessment phases.
• Actually, after migration, we provide support for specific period for the new environments to ensure that all apps are running without any issues, so I can provide support in the infrastructure and applications part.

•Validate the assigned incidents and requests between the IT operations team and

second line teams like” network, system administrators, system operators, software

support, software developers, Database team, printers solutions team, and

hardware technical support team”.

•Manage the critical and high-priority problems and work on reducing downtime in

our region.

•Monitor and follow up backup planes of users’ data with our team.

•Train and support new IT operation members.

•Ensure all company policy, security points are applied on all PCs, laptops, tablets,

hand-held devices and confirm it with our team.

•Responsible for replacing and upgrading LAN and WAN Devices and components in

our region.

•Assist the regional manager in the needed reports in the region; follow up the

assigned tasks with our IT team

•Test and monitor WAN and communication links every day and backup lines
